About Us
Welcome to Ayana Flow, where mindfulness meets movement.
At Ayana Flow, we believe that true wellness is a balance of mind, body, and spirit. Founded by Vanessa Harris, Ayana Flow was born out of a deeply personal journey of healing, transformation, and growth. After navigating profound life changes - including the loss of both parents, a separation, and subsequent divorce - Vanessa discovered that healing is not linear. It's a dynamic, ever-evolving flow that requires mindfulness, movement, and self-compassion.
Through Ayana Flow, Vanessa shares the tools, insights, and practices that helped her reconnect with herself and rebuild a life of balance and purpose. From practical wellness tips to mindfulness practices and fitness guidance, Ayana Flow offers a holistic approach to healing and growth, empowering individuals to embrace their unique journeys.
The name "Ayana" means "a beautiful path," while "Flow" represents the adaptability and grace we strive to cultivate in life. Ayana Flow symbolizes the journey of finding beauty and strength in life's challenges and learning to move with them, not against them.

About the Author
My name is Vanessa Harris
I'm Vanessa - the founder of Ayana Flow, and someone who's learned that healing isn't a straight line - it's a messy, beautiful process of finding your way back to yourself.
Ayana Flow was born out of some of the hardest moments of my life. After going through a complicated childhood, profound loss, and major life changes, I realized that wellness is so much more than just physical fitness or checking things off a list. It's about slowing down, listening to what you really need, and learning to navigate life's ups and downs with balance and compassion.
At my core, I value health, gratitude, spontaneity, compassion, and balance, and these concepts guide everything I share through Ayana Flow. Whether it's mindful movement, tips for finding calm in the chaos, or simply letting go of the need to have it all figured out, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and create space for your own growth and healing.
I'm so glad you're here. Let's move, heal, and grow together - one step at a time. Let's find your flow.
